Regulatory references

In compliance with Legislative Decree of 3 September 2020 No. 116, which implements EU Directives 2018/851 and 2018/852, and the Guidelines of the Ministry of the Environment (Decree No. 360/2022), Bausano ensures adherence to environmental labeling requirements for packaging.
According to Decision 129/97/EC, packaging must be identified with specific codes to facilitate proper waste management.
Below, you will find instructions for correct disposal, which should always be verified with your local municipality’s regulations.
